Checking Roles of Users and Groups

You can check which roles are active for individual users and groups.

  1. Open rights management in yuuvis® RAD management-studio via the Main menu > Rights.

    2. All roles are shown.

  2. Click Action iconActions > Check user/group.
  3. Enter user or group.
  4. Click Check.

    5. All active roles of the user or group are shown.

Users can view the roles they have in yuuvis® RAD client via their settings.

Rights Management

You can use rights management to assign users and groups to all roles and exclude roles from users and groups in the same way as roles management within organizational administration. A user will not be assigned excluded roles even if these roles are assigned to this user via another group.
