Editing or Deleting Follow-ups
You can create follow-ups for folders and documents. Follow-ups can act as editing reminders, for example.
All follow-ups are indicated by a Clock icon.
You can find an overview of all follow-ups in the Notifications area in the main menu. They are also indicated by a Clock icon in the notifications list. You can access the main menu with the notifications area via the Main menu icon on the yuuvis® RAD bar.
You have several options for editing and deleting follow-ups:

via the actions menu of a selected object
To edit or delete a follow-up using the actions menu, follow these steps-
Select the desired document file (in a hit list, a process file, or the favorites, inbox, or notifications areas in the main menu, for example). As another option, you can also switch to the folder view or the object view by double-clicking the selected document file.

Click Actions >GENERAL > Edit follow-up.

Make your changes and click the Modify button.
Click the Remove button to delete the follow-up.
The changes are saved or the follow-up is deleted.
When the follow-up is deleted, the Clock icon that indicated the follow-up is removed. The follow-up is also removed from the notifications list in the notifications area in the main menu.

To edit or delete a follow-up in the notifications area, follow these steps-
Use the Main menu icon on the yuuvis® RAD bar to access the main menu and switch to the Notifications area.

Select the desired follow-up in the notifications area in the list of notifications.

Click Actions >GENERAL > Edit follow-up.

Make your changes and click the Modify button.
Click the Remove button to delete the follow-up.
The changes are saved or the follow-up is deleted.
When the follow-up is deleted, the Clock icon that indicated the follow-up is removed.
The follow-up is also removed from the notifications list in the notifications area in the main menu.

You can unsubscribe or follow-up objects that have been deleted from the system by marking the corresponding object in the list of notifications and then clicking the Remove subscriptions and follow-ups button in the object area. If you click the Remove from notifications button, the entry will be removed from the list of notifications. The subscription or follow-up itself is retained.
