Sharing Saved Searches
Saved searches let you quickly access frequently used search patterns. If you have the corresponding permission, you can share the saved searches, making them available to other users.
If you share a search request, it will also be shown in the Saved searches area in the main menu for these users. If you have additionally added the shared search request to your favorites, then the search request will be shown on the dashboard of these users.

Click the Main menu icon on the yuuvis® RAD bar.
The main menu appears.

Click the Saved searches button in the main menu.
The Saved searches area is displayed.

Select the appropriate search request that you want to share in the list of saved searches.
The search menu, Share icon, and Favorites icon of the selected search request are shown in the edit area.

Click the Share icon.
The share menu appears.

In the dialog, enter one or more roles with whom you want to share the document file.
If you click the Down arrow icon next to the input field, you can select one or more roles from a list by clicking them with the mouse.
The selected roles will be listed in the input field.
- Click Apply.
The search request is shown for all users who have the selected role in the Saved searches area and is correspondingly marked.
If you have additionally added the shared search request to your favorites, then the search request will also be shown on the dashboard of the selected users.
Shared searches cannot be edited, saved, deleted, added to their favorites, or further shared by other users. They will be available to other users until you remove the share. To do so, proceed similar to the way you would share saved searches.
