Your administrator can configure the following standard features in yuuvis® RAD client as needed:

What is affected by modifications to the configuration:

  • The Create icon Create object icon for accessing the Create object menu and the In-tray iconIn-tray icon for opening the in-tray area are not shown on the yuuvis® RAD bar.

What is affected by modifications to the configuration:

  • Create subscription subscription actions are not available in Actions menu iconActions menu.

  • Performance boost: The server does not check whether there are subscription notifications to be sent.

What is affected by modifications to the configuration:

  • Aspect areas can be hidden by the administrator. Similarly, the order of the aspect areas can be determined by the administrator. Additional aspect areas can also be developed and integrated as company-specific.

What is affected by modifications to the configuration:

  • The Inbox icon Inbox icon for accessing the inbox area is not shown on the yuuvis® RAD bar.

  • The Inbox area is not shown in the Main menu icon Main menu.

  • The Notifications and My processes areas are not shown in the Main menu icon Main menu.

  • The actions for starting processes are not available in Actions menu iconActions menu.

  • Create subscription subscription and Follow-up icon Follow-up actions are not available in Actions menu iconActions menu.

What is affected by modifications to the configuration:

  • The Favorites icon Favorites icon for accessing the favorites area is not shown on the yuuvis® RAD bar.

  • The Favorites area is not shown in the Main menu icon Main menu.

  • The Favorites icon Favorites icon is not shown in the object view.

What is affected by modifications to the configuration:

  • Additional views can be developed and integrated in the information area. The folder view title area offers further buttons for the Most recent changes and Last viewed lists.

What is affected by modifications to the configuration:

  • The Delete action in the Actions menu iconActions menu is carried out without the recycle bin function. This means that deleted objects cannot be restored, even by the administrator.

What is affected by modifications to the configuration:

  • To boost performance, it is recommended that you do not use the recycle bin for systems on which many objects (> 20 million) with many object types (> 30) are stored at the same time.

The administrator can disable the template function. If the template function is disabled, then the template object type will not be offered for searches in yuuvis® RAD client and no templates can be created, edited, or shared and no documents can be created from templates.

  • Performance boost: The server does not check whether there are follow-up notifications to be sent.
