coLab dashlet is supported by enaio® webclient and enaio® webclient as a desktop application. This does not apply to enaio® mobile or to mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones, however.
The coLab dashlet creates a direct connection to coLab project rooms from one of the above enaio® clients. The dashlet is integrated directly into the content preview of the enaio® client as a window and provides the user with various coLab functions, especially for managing the project rooms.
You can use the dashlet icon in the content preview to open the dashlet in enaio® webclient or in enaio® webclient as a desktop application. You will find the dashlet icon in the 
'More dashlets' menu if several dashlets are integrated in your system and the width of the preview area is not wide enough to show all integrated dashlets.
Dashlet Functions
You can use the dashlet for the following, among other things, depending on your coLab permissions:

To create project rooms (see Setting up Project Rooms).

To receive information on a linked project room.

To open project rooms that are linked to a folder or document in enaio®.

To send or extend invitations to a project room (see enaio® coLab

To customize the settings areas of a project room (see enaio® coLab
). -
To increase or decrease the query depth of a project room (see enaio® coLab
). -
To delete project rooms (see Removing coLab Shares).
