enaio® lumee works together with enaio® clientExternal link: icon, enaio® webclient External link: icon, and enaio® webclient as a desktop applicationExternal link: icon. This does not apply to enaio® mobile or to mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones, however.

You can use the optional dashlet enaio® lumee to leverage artificial intelligence to search, evaluate, and summarize documents, index data, and basic data.

enaio® lumee is integrated in the content preview of enaio® client, enaio® webclient, and enaio® webclient as a desktop application as a dashlet. Clicking the enaio® lumee logo icon enaio® lumee icon in the content preview of the respective client will open the dashlet.

The enaio® lumee logo icon enaio® lumee icon can be modified by your administrator.

You can use a dialog to ask your questions in the form of sentences as well as delve deeper with the answers. When answering further questions, enaio® lumee includes the answers from the previous chat thread.

The query can include both the entire database of enaio®, provided you have access to the corresponding objects and these have been configured for this, as well as only selected objects. In this case, select the relevant objects in an object list, such as documents in a hit list or at a location. The answers list the objects with a relevance value that were used as a basis for answering the questions.

Documents in the internal tray and recycle bin are not evaluated by enaio® lumee.

The last ten chats are automatically saved by enaio® lumee and can be found again using the enaio® lumee Chat tread icon Chat thread function.

The chat histories are only stored temporarily, that is, only for as long as the 'lumee' microservice is running. Your administrator decides when the microservice is restarted.

Lists the last ten chat threads in a drop-down list. If you click an entry from a chat thread, it will be shown again in the message field.

    Shows the functions for managing the selected chat thread in a drop-down menu.

  • enaio® lumee Delete icon Delete

    Deletes the selected chat thread. Once deleted, a chat thread cannot be restored.

The chat thread will also be deleted if the enaio® lumee service is switched off by your administrator.

  Model selection

Provides various AI models in a drop-down list. Your administrator decides which AI models are offered.

  • enaio® lumee Download icon Download

    Copies the entire chat shown to the Windows clipboard as rich text, which can be downloaded as a PDF via an actions menu. In addition to the questions and answers, the model used and the source documents used for the answer, including a URL for opening the documents in the preview of enaio® webclient, are downloaded.

  • enaio® lumee Copy icon Copy

    Copies the entire chat shown to the Windows clipboard as rich text, which can then be pasted into any text application using Ctrl+V. The questions and answers, the chat IDs, and the source documents used for the answer, including the relevance value, are copied.

enaio® lumee Start a new chat – icon Start a new chat

Starts a new chat. The previous chat is temporarily saved in enaio® lumee Chat tread icon Chat thread. The chat history can save up to ten chat threads.

enaio® lumee The Settings menu – icon Settings menu

Provides functions for customizing the AI model. You need the appropriate rights to use the functions. The administrator can hide the menu.

Click the enaio® lumee Back Back icon or the Close button to exit the menu and save your customizations.

Message field
enaio® lumee Edit content – icon Edit question Opens the selected question in an editing field in which you can adjust or correct the question. This function is only available for the most recent question.
enaio® lumee Ask question again – icon Ask question again Asks the selected question again so that enaio® lumee answers the question again, for example, after a change in text or model. This function is only available for the most recent question.
enaio® lumee Copy question – icon Copy question/Copy response

The text of a question or response can be copied to the Windows clipboard by clicking the enaio® lumee Copy question/response icon Copy question/response icon.

Copies the text of the selected question or response to the Windows clipboard as rich text, which can then be pasted into any text application using Ctrl+V. This function is also available when new questions are asked or responses are given.

enaio® lumee Like question – icon/enaio® lumee Dislike answer – icon Rate response Rates a response. The ratings are saved and shown again when the chat is called up again from the chat thread. The ratings have no influence on the rest of the chat thread.
enaio® lumee Selected documents – icon Relevant documents

Shows the documents used for the response including a relevance value in percent as a button. If you click one of these document buttons, the index data is displayed in the workspace of the client and the content of the linked document is shown in the content preview.

This function is only used for context-free questions, that is, questions for which no documents have been selected for answering.

enaio® lumee Processing details – icon Processing details Shows how a query from enaio® lumee was interpreted and answered accordingly.
  Model display Shows which AI model was used to answer a query. The AI models can be selected in the dashlet header.
Footer
enaio® lumee Checkbox – icon Include selected documents Activating the checkbox will reduce a query to the search of objects previously selected in an object list (such as a hit list or at a location).
enaio® lumee Selected documents – icon selected documents

If the Include selected documents checkbox is activated, the objects previously selected in an object list (such as a hit list or at a location) are shown in the footer of the dashlet. The objects shown can be removed from the list by clicking the enaio® lumee Remove icon Remove icon.

If folders or registers are selected and listed in the footer, only the index data of these objects is evaluated by enaio® lumee.

enaio® lumee Send – icon Send Transfers the query previously entered in the adjacent input field to the selected AI model. The transfer can also be carried out using the Enter button. Once transferred, the input field is cleared and the query is shown in the message field.

Please note that AI-generated responses may be incorrect. For this reason, check the responses using the referenced objects.
