Logging in to enaio® coLab
You have received an e-mail invitation from a project room owner with a link that you can use to call up enaio® coLab in your browser in order to participate in enaio® coLab.
If you enter the login link for enaio® coLab in your browser, you will be taken to the login page for enaio® coLab. Here you have the following options to log in to enaio® coLab:

Login for enaio® users
enaio® users can log in on the coLab login page using their enaio® user name and enaio® password.

Login for external users
External users have the following login options:
Login using an e-mail address
You have the option of logging in using an e-mail address and a password, provided you have already registered with enaio® coLab using these login details (see Start enaio® coLab).
To use your e-mail address to log in to enaio® coLab, follow these steps

Click the Log in with e-mail button on the enaio® coLab login page.
The appearance of the button may vary as companies may have customized the login button. Please contact your administrator if you have any questions.

Enter your login e-mail address and password in the e-mail login dialog.

Click the Log in button in the e-mail login dialog.

Login using your social media account
You have the option of logging in to enaio® coLab using your social media account (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn), provided you have already registered with enaio® coLab using these login details (see Start enaio® coLab).
When logging in to enaio® coLab, enter the e-mail address registered with your corresponding social media account and the associated social media account password and follow the instructions for the login process. The
Project rooms home screen for enaio® coLab is shown for you when you have successfully logged in.
No e-mail address is stored in enaio® coLab when registering via social media accounts such as Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft. For this reason, notifications such as those regarding assigned tasks are not possible. However, you have the option of subsequently entering an e-mail address in the user data (see Changing User Data).
Login using a one-time password
If enaio® coLab is configured accordingly and the project room owner has sent you an invitation with a quick access link (see Create as invitation for quick access), you also have the option of logging in with an e-mail address and a one-time password. The one-time password only gives you access to one project room and is only valid for one login (see Start enaio® coLab). For additional logins, you can use the link in the quick access e-mail to generate additional one-time passwords as long as you are a member of the project room.
If you change the e-mail address stored in enaio® coLab in your user data, the e-mail address used during registration or initial login will remain valid for logging in to enaio® coLab.

enaio® coLab also supports registration or login using NTLM. The registration and login process may differ from the documentation depending on the configuration of your enaio® system and the integration of enaio® coLab. Please contact your administrator if you have any questions.
Logging in to using Keycloak
enaio® coLab also supports registration or login using Keycloak. The registration and login process may differ from the documentation depending on the configuration of your enaio® system and the integration of enaio® coLab. As the Keycloak login button can also be customized by your administrator, the appearance of the button can also vary. Please contact your administrator if you have any questions.
