Installation

enaio® client is installed and updated using enaio_client_unicode.msi or enaio_client_ansi.msi from the Service Portal or the \Frontend directory.

enaio® client 12.0.17

The service release 12.0.17 for enaio® client contains the following new features in addition to bug fixes.

New Outlook

enaio® client supports the New Outlook.

Drag and Drop

You can create e-mails in enaio® client from the New Outlook using drag and drop. As with the classic Outlook, the setup is based on the configuration of the 'mailstorage' service.

E-mails can only be created one at a time.

Sending E-Mails

enaio® client supports the ability to send e-mails with an object attached.

This requires that the user-specific setting Send e-mail with Outlook be enabled.

It is not possible to compose a new e-mail in enaio® the same way as in the classic Outlook.

Navigation

Navigate through the help pages using the table of contents on the left. If it is not displayed when the window width is small, you can temporarily show it via the hamburger menu on the right.

Use the arrows on the toolbar to navigate to the next/previous page.

You can show hidden areas. Use the toolbar to show all hidden areas at once:

Clicking the product icon in the header returns you to the beginning of the current area. Use the toolbar to access the initial page:
