Installing enaio® mobile

enaio® mobile is released as a single app version that is not tied to a specific enaio® version. The app is designed to work with different enaio® versions.

enaio® mobile has been tested and is compatible with all enaio® versions from 11.0 onward. We expressly guarantee that the app operates flawlessly with enaio® versions 11.0 and later.

Compatibility is not guaranteed for enaio® versions older than version 11.0. Running the app in these environments may be technically possible, but is neither tested nor supported. Uninterrupted operation in these environments cannot be guaranteed.

Installation

The installation file for enaio® mobile is available for download in the respective Google and Apple app stores.

enaio® mobile for Android (version 13 or later)	enaio® mobile for iOS (version 17 or later)

Users need the server address, IP address, or URL, as well as their username and password, to log in to enaio®.

The server address and user credentials, for example, for demo systems, can also be provided by the administrator through mobile device management tools:

Android

MDM management console: Enable Android Enterprise solution set. When uploading, configure the username, password, and server address in the 'App Config' tab.

iOS

MDM management console: Enable the option that allows applications from other sources to be designated as 'configurable' in the MDM app catalog. When uploading, configure the username, password, and server address in the 'App Config' tab. Alternatively, login data can be provided via a configuration file. A configuration file, which you can use as a template, is available for download: AppConfig.xml
