Editing Activities
You can control and edit process activities in the details view, in the areas Active models,
'Roles with at least one process in the inbox', and
'Users with at least one process in the inbox'.

In the main menu, click the icon
Active models,
'Roles with at least one process in the inbox', or
'Users with at least one process in the inbox'.
The submenu containing all active process models for the area opens.

In the submenu, click the desired process model.
The workspace displays the model’s process overview table, which lists all active processes.

Open the details view by selecting the desired process in the process overview table and

Click the
Properties button above the process overview table.

Click the
Properties option in the context menu of the selected process.

Double-click the selected process in the process overview table.

The details view of the process opens.
The functions for editing selected activities are available in the following locations in the details view:
The command line contains the most commonly used editing features ( Suspend,
Continue,
Cancel,
Reset). Depending on which activity has been selected in the Activities tab or in the graphical view, certain functions are enabled or disabled/grayed out.
Closes the details view and reopens the section overview.
Updates the contents of the tables in the details view.
Resets a selected action. Available only for actions that can be reset (see Reset). Otherwise, the feature is disabled and grayed out.
Provides various functions for editing activities in a drop-down menu. If no actions are available, the button is grayed out.
Applies all changes made in the selected process.
The activities listed on the Activities tab can be edited using the functions in the context menu. Depending on the status of the selected activity, the context menu displays the editing features that are applicable to that activity. Functions that are not available are grayed out.
In the graphical view, the context menu offers the same editing features as those available on the Activities tab. To open the context menu, the corresponding activity must be selected in the flowchart (dark blue border).
Activities or areas in the graphical view that have not yet been started are grayed out and cannot be selected.
