Object ID Search
enaio® administrator-for-workflow (web) allows you to find processes using the object ID of business objects stored in workflow files. You can find the object ID search field on the dashboard in enaio® administrator-for-workflow (web).
You have the following options for determining an object ID:

For processes that include an object in the workflow file, you can determine the object ID by generating a report. To do this, first select the option XML in the report creation dialog, and then activate the checkbox IDs of the workflow file.

enaio® webclient, enaio® webclient as a desktop application, enaio® mobile
In enaio® webclient, you can find the object ID using the details preview (see enaio® webclient\Preview area
). You can find the object ID in the Properties area in the details preview.
Alternatively, you can determine the object ID by generating a preview URL in enaio® webclient (see enaio® webclient\Links and references
). The URL also includes the object ID in the path.

In enaio® client, an object’s ID is also displayed in the details preview (see enaio® client\Content preview
).
Alternatively, you can find the object ID using an object’s Properties dialog. To do this, select an entry from an object list (e.g., a hit list or at a location, etc.). Open the context menu and select the
Properties function, or press the function key F8. You can also find the
Properties feature at Hit ribbon tab > Open > More.
