enaio® webclient 11.10.37

Service Release 11.10.37 for enaio® webclient contains bug fixes and the following new features.

Show Content – Context Menu Function for Documents

With the new function, users can open the content file of a document for viewing in the original application as an alternative to the integrated content preview.

This helps, for example, when dealing with files with complex tables or CAD drawings that are only displayed with limited accuracy as a PDF preview.

In enaio® webclient as a desktop application and in enaio® mobile, the content file is opened with the application configured accordingly in the local operating system when the function is executed.

In enaio® webclient, you can download content file or transfer it directly to the e-mail program via individual browser settings.

The file is not checked-out in enaio®.

The function is also available in offline mode.

Copying Index Data

A new function now allows users of enaio® webclient to copy the index data displayed in the header area to the clipboard via a button.

Which index data is displayed can be defined via the hit list configuration.

Alternatively, index data displayed in the header area can also be selected and copied using Ctrl + C.
