enaio® outlook-web-add-in provides functions for transferring Microsoft Outlook elements from the new Outlook to enaio®.

Users can transfer e-mails directly from the new Outlook to one of their favorites. Transferred e-mails are tagged with the Created in enaio category in Outlook. If the transfer fails, e-mails are tagged with the FailedSentToEnaio category.

You require the manifest for the installation: owa-prod-<version>.zip.

The manifest will be provided at your request. We need your tenant ID and the address of your publicly accessible enaio® gatewayinstallation. Send your request to dev_sparrow@optimal-systems.de

Installation

enaio® outlook-web-add-in is registered via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

  1. Access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

    • Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center with your login data: https://admin.microsoft.com/.

    • Navigate to Settings in the navigation area on the left.

    • Select Integrated apps from the menu.

  2. Adding a custom add-in

    • On the Integrated apps page, click the Add-ins register.
    • Click Upload custom app.
    • Download the manifest: owa-prod-<version>.zip.
    • Click Next to continue.
  3. User permissions

    • Assign the add-in to all users, specific users, or groups.
    • Click Next to continue.
  4. Completing the installation

    • Check the settings.
    • Click Deploy to complete the installation.
    • Check whether the enaio® outlook-web-add-in is shown in Outlook.

It can take up to 24 hours for the enaio® outlook-web-add-in to be shown in Outlook depending on the number of users.

Updates and uninstallations are also carried out via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
