Fieldmapping Add-on
The Fieldmapping add-on transfers index data of a queried object into index data fields which are linked to the add-on field via the Controlled by crosscheck property. The add-on field is indexed using the ID of the queried object.
Currently, the Fieldmapping add-on is not yet available for enaio® webclient.
The Fieldmapping add-on is configured in enaio® client and requires the 'Editor: Start' system role.
Please make sure that the data is not edited by more than one user at the same time.
The data is immediately transferred to enaio® server and is available in the clients when the configuration is saved.
The data is saved as XML files in the \etc directory of the data directory and it is not part of the object definition. The export and import functions can be used to transfer the data between installations, for example, from a test system to the production system.
In installations that run multiple servers, the fieldmapping.addon.<hexguid>.xml files need to be copied to the etc data directories of the other servers.
Assign the field mapping add-on to a text field. Select Add-on in the Catalog line of the properties window of a text field to display the Add-on tab.
Use the file selection dialog to select the axaddfieldmapping.dll file located in the enaio® editor installation directory and the administration components.
After saving the object definition, open the configuration dialog by right-clicking on the Add-on button in enaio® client.
