Setting Up a Quick Access for enaio® coLab

enaio® coLab 11.10

An entry easy-share-enabled: true in the colab-prod.yml file is used to enable this functionality.

There is nothing that needs to be taken into account during installation and system setup.

During the process of inviting new participants to a project room, project room owners have the option of using the Invitation for quick access option to invite external partners. This means that it is no longer absolutely necessary for external participants to register in enaio® coLab with an account from enaio®, Keycloak, Microsoft, etc. Participants simply enter their e-mail address as their login name and use the one-time password sent to them by e-mail as their password.

Navigation

Navigate through the help pages using the table of contents on the left. If it is not displayed when the window width is small, you can temporarily show it via the hamburger menu on the right.

Use the arrows on the toolbar to navigate to the next/previous page.

You can show hidden areas. Use the toolbar to show all hidden areas at once:

Clicking the product icon in the header returns you to the beginning of the current area. Use the toolbar to access the initial page:
