Object Definition for enaio® exchange-ng

enaio® exchange-ng 11.10 »

E-mails and attachments are transferred to a preset object definition.

The asobjdef.xml object definition file is included in the installation data. Transfer the objects from this object definition file to your object definition.

The object definition can be edited. Exchange data fields are assigned to fields of the enaio® object types by way of the internal names. The internal name may not be changed.

Access rights to the object types must be configured in enaio® administrator.

Filing Structure

'Exchange Storage' folders are created in order to file documents in enaio®. The folders are indexed in the 'User' field using the customizable user name.

A 'StructureRegister' register is created in the user-specific folder. The registers are indexed using a consecutive number starting with 001. If the register contains 1000 objects, a new register is created for the other objects.

E-mails are created in the register via the 'E-mail' document type.
