Installation

Requirements

The complete installation of enaio® is required.

The 'repositorymanager-archivelink' service provides the 'ArchiveLink' interfaces according to the S/4-BC-AL 7.40 integration scenario.

This interface is supported by SAP® starting from version ERP 6.x and by S/4HANA 2020. ArchiveLink is not available for S/4HANA Public Cloud.

The 'repositorymanager-ilm' service provides the 'ArchiveLink' interfaces under the BC-ILM 3.1 integration scenario.

This interface is supported by SAP® starting from SAP® NetWeaver 7.5 and by S/4HANA 2020. ILM is not available for S/4HANA Public Cloud.

The 'repositorymanager-cmis' service is also available. The service provides the 'CMIS' interface for the SAP® connection in the project.

Installation

When using os_service-manager_setup.exe located in the \Backend\Service-Manager\ directory for the installation, the services are installed and updated.

Enable the following services during installation:

• the 'repositorymanager-archivelink' service for the SAP® ArchiveLink connection with the rmalink-prod.yml configuration file

• the 'repositorymanager-ilm' service for the SAP® ILM connection with the rmilm-prod.yml configuration file

You only need to install the corresponding service if only the SAP® ArchiveLink connection or only the SAP® ILM connection is used.

The Service Manager Update located in the \Backend\ directory can also be used for updates.

If the services are installed, they must be fully configured before the service is started.

Generally, a certificate for data consistency and security must be imported and integrated in enaio® service-manager and the rmalink-prod.yml configuration file and the SAP® SSL configuration must be modified accordingly to communicate with SAP®.
