Subsequent Indexing

If the index data of documents already stored in enaio® is to be subsequently transferred from SAP®, a report can be used for document transfer that can be accessed under the following SAP® transaction:

/OSGMBH/D2E_EXPORT.

It is possible narrow hits all the way down to the document level using the available selection criteria.

If larger amounts of data are expected, the program should be started in the background.

If substantial amounts of data are anticipated, a number of documents to be transferred can be specified for block-by-block transfer. In such cases, multiple instances of the program should be launched. The first time you start the program, you will need to select the 'Start from the beginning' option. The final hit is marked for subsequent runs.

It is possible to increase the log level to '5' (includes detailed output) for purposes of error analysis.
