User Menu
You open the user menu via the User menu icon.
You can also open User menu with a click or tap on your avatar image in the main menu, if it has been set up.
The name of the user currently logged in on enaio® webclient is shown at the top of the user menu.
You will also find the following functions in the user menu:

Settings | Opens the settings dialog for enaio® webclient. The password, the language settings, the user’s status as present or out of office, the substitutes, the offline availability of favorite objects, the synchronization requirements, the display of static columns, and adjustments to the color scheme can be made in the settings dialog. | |
User administration |
Opens the user administration dialog. In the user administration, users can be created or deleted and user rights can be edited. This function is only available to users with supervisor rights. In enaio® mobile the user administration on smartphones is generally not displayed due to the limited screen space available on such devices. |

Help | Opens the online help for enaio® webclient, enaio® webclient as a desktop application, and enaio® mobile in a browser. | |
Info |
Opens the info dialog with information about various enaio® components, such as version numbers, URLs, or server addresses. Information about the connection status is displayed in the info dialog in the desktop application of enaio® webclient and in enaio® mobile. This information is needed especially when problems occur and the OPTIMAL SYSTEMS support team needs to carry out an analysis to determine their cause. Click or a tap on the Download log file button to save the current log as a *.zip file and send it to your administrator. |

Desktop app |
Download the installation file of the desktop application of enaio® webclient. This function is only available in the browser application of enaio® webclient if your administrator has granted you permission (see Administration Console ). |

Log out | Logs the user out of enaio® webclient and opens the login dialog. |
In offline mode, only the name of the user and the icons for the Log out and Info dialogs are displayed in the user menu.
