After a project room has been set up, project owners and project members with a corresponding user-defined role can invite other participants to the project room. The project invitations can be created in the Members settings area.
To invite other participants to the project room, follow these steps

In enaio® coLab open the project room to which you want to invite other participants by clicking the tile of the relevant project on the project overview page.
The home screen of the relevant project appears.

Open the settings view by clicking the
Settings icon in the header.The settings view appears.

Click the Invite members button in the Members settings area.
The Invite members dialog appears.

Fill in the fields of the dialog.
The fields indicated by an asterisk ("*") are mandatory.

Users' e-mail addresses*
Enter one or more e-mail addresses of the people you want to invite to the project room in this field. Separate multiple e-mail addresses by inserting a space.

Message
You can enter up to 1,000 characters including spaces in the Message field. The number above the input field indicates the number of characters you have already entered.

Validity of the invitation (in days)*
Enter the validity of the invitation in days manually or using the arrow buttons. The maximum validity of an invitation is 90 days.

Roles*
Use the arrow buttons to select the membership role for the invited participant. You can select among guest, member, and owner. You can still change the role after the invitation has been accepted in the project member administration.

Send Bcc of invitation e-mail
You will receive the invitation as a blind copy to your e-mail address if you activate this checkbox.

Click the Send invitation button.
The invitation(s) is/are sent.
Sent invitations are listed in the Members settings area below the member list.
The invited participants will receive an e-mail with a link to access to the project room. The user can click the invitation link. After doing so, they are redirected to the enaio® coLab login page and, after successful registration (see Starting enaio® coLab) and/or login, a dialog prompts the user to accept the invitation to the coLab project room. After the invitation is confirmed, the project overview page of enaio® coLab is shown with the tile of the project room from which participant was invited.
Validity of Invitations
Sent invitations are shown in the Members settings area until their expiry date. The invitation list is sorted chronologically and shows the recipient, the creation date, and the validity date of the invitation. After the validity has expired, the invitations from the list are no longer shown and the invitation links in the e-mails sent are no longer valid.
Revoking Invitations
As long as the invitations are listed in the Members settings area, project room owners and project members with a corresponding user-defined role have the option of deleting the invitations by clicking the 
'Revoke invitation' icon. This deactivates the invitation link.
