enaio® Shares
The sharing function in enaio® client makes it possible to share documents with other enaio® users who have no or limited access rights to the document. The access rights that have been granted and a time period during which the release is valid are specified.
Share functions will vary based on the user's system roles:

All users
can use the Start ribbon tab > Objects > My shared docs to open a list of documents that have been shared with them.

Users with share rights
can share documents and use the View ribbon tab > Areas > Docs shared by me to open a list of documents they have shared and edit shares.

Users with administrative share rights
can use the View ribbon tab > Areas > All shared docs to open a list of all shares and revoke other users' shares.
You can open the list of documents that have been shared with you via the Start ribbon tab > Objects > My shared docs.

Select the Share function from the context menu of a document.
The Share document dialog will open.

Mark one or more users in the dialog.
The list of users can be filtered. The number of selected users is displayed.

Enter a time period.
The maximum length of the time period is predefined by the administrator.

Select the required access rights.
The View index data right is assigned to all users. The Edit contents right includes the Show content right.

Enter a note.

Confirm by pressing OK.
The document will be shared, and the respective users will be displayed in the My shared docs list.

You can open the list of documents you shared via View ribbon tab > Areas > Docs shared by me.

Choose Shared by me from the context menu of a shared Edit share document.

Edit the time period, rights, or the note.
Users with whom the document was shared cannot be modified.

Confirm by pressing OK.
The share is modified.
Status icons indicate whether you can edit the index data or only view it and whether you can edit the content or only view it.
Deletion rights and rights to annotations for image documents cannot be granted via document shares.
Document shares are valid throughout the specified time period. On the last day, the document share is shown in red and an icon appears in the status bar.
You can access the document based on the access rights you were granted via the context menu.
