Scanning for Viruses While Uploading Document
The level of security when exchanging data and documents using enaio® coLab has been significantly increased. Documents can now be scanned for viruses when uploading them to a coLabproject room. Administrators can use webhook HTTP calls to integrate various antivirus programs. Activating the antivirus webhook is done via configuration settings in colab-prod.yml. Users are informed about potential viruses or problems that occur while scanning for viruses problems via notification windows.

Editing Documents Using enaio® office-365 dashlet
enaio® coLab users now need the editing right 'Replace file' to be able to edit documents with enaio® office-365 dashlet. Project members with the Member and Owner roles have this authorization. Project members with the Guest role do not have this right and are therefore not able to edit documents with enaio® office-365 dashlet.
