enaio® cloud-archive

enaio® cloud-archive is an SaaS solution from OPTIMAL SYSTEMS for audit-proof archiving of enaio® documents in the cloud.

enaio® cloud-archive is integrated into Microsoft Azure by OPTIMAL SYSTEMS. The data is stored in a high-security data center in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Replications to other data center regions are possible.

enaio® cloud-archive is offered as a fully managed service. Existing archiving systems can be transferred to enaio® cloud-archive.

enaio® can be used to access all archived documents from enaio® cloud-archive at any time.

Documents can be assigned a retention time. Retention times can be flexibly set and increased depending on your company's business logic and legal requirements.

You can access enaio® cloud-archive via an info client in order to manage it. You can view storage space, storage usage, and the number of archived documents there.

In addition, you are automatically informed by e-mail when the storage space usage is high so that the booked storage space can be increased in good time.

enaio® cloud-archive is integrated into the archiving via the 'archive' service. You create a profile and also integrate a plug-in.

Archiving is carried out via the 'Archiving' automatic action.

Archiving files larger than 2 GB may require additional project-specific settings due to the long transfer time.
