E-Mails and Module-Spanning Document Types

Use e-mail document types or module-spanning document types to manage e-mails.

In addition to a field for location determination data, a configuration for the 'mailstorage' EMS service is required for each module-spanning document type that is used to manage e-mails.

The document type is entered and the field for location determination data is completed in the configuration. In addition, data from the 'extraction' microservice can be mapped to fields of the document type.

Enter the following in the as.cfg file which is located in the \etc directory of the data directory in order to prohibit across the entire system that e-mails are assigned to a module-spanning document type:

Set the default value to '0' to allow the assignment.
