Essentially, you should check the logs for relevant information.

The following points should be checked:

  • Is the dmsautom.dll registered?

  • Are the settings in the oxsaplnk.cfg correct? (User, server in area [Archive]).

  • Is the path to 'ImportDirectory' defined in the [DbaseScan] section of the oxsaplnk.cfg?

  • Can the operating system user access this 'ImportDirectory' directory?

  • Does the user have the required permissions/system roles?
