Changing the Display Language
There are various languages available for the user interface and for object definition. You can select the languages from the user menu.
German, English, and French are available for the user interface. The language of the object definition can be chosen independently of the user interface language. The field names in the index data, search, and workflow forms will then be read from a language table that was created along with the object definitions. The available languages have been defined in advance by your administrator in the object definition.
Language settings will be synchronized between the enaio® clients, meaning that the language setting that you selected in enaio® webclient, for example, will also be used in desktop application of enaio® webclient, enaio® mobile, or enaio® client.

When switching to a language other than "German", the British standard date format (DD/MM/YYYYY) is always displayed. For example, enaio® webclient, enaio® webclient as a desktop application, and enaio® mobile do not support the U.S. date format (MM/DD/YYYY).
The language settings described do not affect the entries in My searches, Public desktop and Quick search areas. For this purpose, your administrator can and must store appropriate language resources, which are then taken into account when the language of the object definitions is changed.
