Viewing Workflow Details

To use workflows, users require the system role Use workflow.

Workflow details, such as deadlines, process participants, or workflow progress, can be displayed in the Current workflows inbox. You can open the Current workflows inbox via the Inbox icon in the main menu.

To show workflow details, open the details view of a selected workflow by double-clicking or tapping twice on it.

Alternatively, you can also use the Details function in the context menu of the selected workflow.

Right-click (enaio® webclient and enaio® webclient as a desktop application) or press and hold (enaio® mobile) to open the context menu of the search form.

You can close the details view again using the backspace key of your browser

The following applies if you are using enaio® mobile on a smartphone:

You cannot view workflow details in enaio® mobile on a smartphone.

Navigation

Navigate through the help pages using the table of contents on the left. If it is not displayed when the window width is small, you can temporarily show it via the hamburger menu on the right.

Use the arrows on the toolbar to navigate to the next/previous page.

You can show hidden areas. Use the toolbar to show all hidden areas at once:

Clicking the product icon in the header returns you to the beginning of the current area. Use the toolbar to access the initial page:
