Keyboard Layout

The AXVALID subprogram which validates imported or scanned pages has the following keyboard layout:

ALT+ number pad +	Zoom in
ALT+ number pad -	Zoom out
Shift+ number pad -	Fit
Ctrl+ Del	Delete page
ALT+Q	Delete page
Alt+ Del	Delete page
Ctrl+ Home	Go to first page
Ctrl+ End	Go to last page
Ctrl+ ← left arrow key	Previous page
Strg+ Tab key	Previous page
Ctrl+ → right arrow key	Next page
F2	OCR results for the current page are opened in Notepad (if pages were recognized before validation).
↑ Shift + ↓ Page down key	Scroll right
↑ Shift + ↑ Page up key	Scroll left
↓ Page down key	Scroll down
↑ Page up	Scroll up
↑ Shift+ Ctrl+ Home	Scroll to the beginning
↑ Shift+ Ctrl+ End	Scroll to the end
ALT+T	Separation on/off
ALT+O	OCR mode on/off
ALT+P	Mandatory field checking on/off
F3	Zoom to field area
ALT+F4	Finalize batch and assign it to the next subprogram with a confirmation dialog.
Ctrl+Q or F12	Finalize batch and assign it to the next subprogram without a confirmation dialog.

Navigation

Navigate through the help pages using the table of contents on the left. If it is not displayed when the window width is small, you can temporarily show it via the hamburger menu on the right.

Use the arrows on the toolbar to navigate to the next/previous page.

You can show hidden areas. Use the toolbar to show all hidden areas at once:

Clicking the product icon in the header returns you to the beginning of the current area. Use the toolbar to access the initial page:
