Filing Tray

As soon as a batch has passed through all subprograms it will be filed in the filing tray. The content of the filing tray is only visible to users with the 'Capture: Edit filing tray' system role. The action and error log as well as the optional process log can be viewed (see Logging).

When removing a batch with the Del key, clicking the Delete icon in the ribbon, or by selecting Delete in the context menu, the logs and directories created for the batch files will be removed as well.

Administrators can specify whether the content of the filing tray should be deleted after a certain amount of time in the Settings area.

If you do not have the right to create configurations, your administrator can deny you the right to delete batches.

Navigation

Navigate through the help pages using the table of contents on the left. If it is not displayed when the window width is small, you can temporarily show it via the hamburger menu on the right.

Use the arrows on the toolbar to navigate to the next/previous page.

You can show hidden areas. Use the toolbar to show all hidden areas at once:
