With the release of enaio® version 10.10 on 8 July 2022, the following versions are currently undergoing maintenance: version 9.10, version 10.0, and version 10.10.

Use the alternative automatic action available since version 8.10 for directory synchronization with XSLT in new projects. Convert existing projects to the automatic action mentioned above from version 8.50 at the latest.

Notes: enaio® contentfeeder allows you to access RSS feeds containing user-specific subscription, follow-up, and workflow data from enaio® using an RSS reader. If enaio® webclient is integrated into enaio®, the user can open an object directly or launch the workflow step via the RSS feed.

Notes: enaio® feedreader can regularly query the RSS feeds of any provider, save them as electronic mail files, and generate an XML file that is used to transfer these electronic mail files to enaio® as e-mail objects with an automatic import action. Both feed components are installed via the os_feed.war web archive and configured using the shared configuration file config.properties.

Type of lifecycle end: The non-responsive design for displaying index data forms will no longer be available.

Notes: The transition phase for converting forms to the responsive design will end with version 10.0. The responsive form design available since enaio® version 9.0 (2018) will be used automatically. The administration console of enaio® webclient could previously be used to revert the display back to the non-responsive design. This option will no longer be available.

Upgrade recommendation:

If the non-responsive design is still being used in individual projects, then check whether the index data forms are suitable for the responsive design when upgrading to version 10.0. You can find more information on this in the Documentation Portal here.
