Administering Users
Do not use the user administration functions in enaio® webclient and enaio® administrator simultaneously, since this could lead to inconsistencies in the dataset.
You can create, edit, and delete users in enaio® webclient and enaio® administrator.
Groups and profiles are managed solely in enaio® administrator.

You have been granted supervisor rights and the user administration function was enabled.

Click
in the main menu and
in the user menu that opens.
The user administration will be opened in the workspace. All existing users will be shown in a list.
The list can be grouped, sorted, and filtered.

Click
in the title bar.
The form to enter the user data will be opened.

Enter the user data.
The 'default' group is automatically assigned.
- If necessary, edit the group assignment by clicking the
(assigned) or
(not assigned) icon.
- Click Save.
- Restart enaio® appconnector.
The user will be created. By default, the user will be assigned the system roles that are required to work with enaio® webclient.

The list can be grouped, sorted, and filtered.

Click
Edit user in the desired user's row.
The form to enter the user data will be opened.
- Enter the user data and/or edit the group assignment.
- Click Save.
- Restart enaio® appconnector.

Deleted users cannot be restored.

in the user menu that opens.
The user administration will be opened in the workspace. All existing users will be shown in a list.
The list can be grouped, sorted, and filtered.

Click
in the desired user's row.
- Confirm the confirmation dialog by clicking Delete.
- Restart enaio® appconnector.
User-specific avatar images can be integrated, eliminating the need to use the user icon for the user menu and the note features of the details preview.
