Customizing the Object Definition

enaio® repository-manager 10.10 »

The object definition file is created in the \working-dir\obj-def installation directory under the name asobjdef_GenericCRweb.xml when starting the service.

Before updating the service, the schema should be removed or renamed; otherwise, it will not be updated.

This file contains the object definition to which enaio® repository-manager refers and can be imported to the enaio® system via enaio® editor.

As the cabinet of the object definition for ArchiveLink that is to be imported adheres to the 'Generic ContentRepository' naming convention, it should be given a corresponding name as the content repository in SAP (e.g., SAP_P01_E1).

Please note case sensitivity for repository names.

If you use multiple repositories, you need to create a cabinet with its own name for each repository. Apply the above-mentioned object definition to each of the repositories used and rename the corresponding cabinet.

Please note that the created cabinets are technical cabinets and full access must only be given to the technical user. The technical user is the 'root' user by default.
Publishing in enaio® should be done with descriptive cabinets with reference documents.

Only one cabinet is required for ILM.

  • Cabinet/folder type: SAP ILM collection

  • W-Document type: SAP ILM resource
