Used as an extension for all enaio® clients; enaio® coLab enables digital collaboration with external partners.
enaio® coLab allows you to create project rooms and link them to the related documents. In the project rooms you manage, you and non-enaio® users can use a browser to access the linked enaio® documents, download them for editing, and share them. These project rooms are accessed via a user administration system managed by you.
The most up-to-date documents are always available thanks to reference links. Multiple uploads allow you to upload any number of documents concurrently and make them available immediately to all project members. It is also possible to link documents to tasks and assign them to one or more people involved in the project in the context of project work.
